Kevin Chiu is current Sr. HR Director, PAP Region in Acer, mainly responsible for design and implementation of regional HRM, regional HR strategy, leadership enhancement program, talent development, and new business HR management. Prior to joining Acer, Kevin worked for Dow Chemical as Taiwan HR Head and Global HRBP for Electronic materials. Kevin also worked for other famous MNC companies, such as Delta Electronics, Ford Motor Company, and PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) consulting firm.
Kevin holds an MBA from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, USA, and a Master in Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree from National Taiwan University, Taiwan.

Kevin Chiu 目前擔任宏碁亞太營運總部人力資源資深處長，主要負責相關的人力資源策略、人才發展、領導力訓練規劃，以及新創事業 HR 管理等各項人力資源功能的規劃與執行。在加入宏碁之前，Kevin 曾經擔任陶氏化學台灣區人力資源處長暨電子材料事業部全球 Business Partner，並先後任職於 PriceWaterhousCoopers (PWC)、福特汽車、以及台達電子等知名企業。在人力資源的各個領域均有完整的歷練與傑出的表現。Kevin Chiu 畢業於國立台灣大學心理學研究所，擁有工商心理學碩士學位。其後於 2000 年考取教育部公費留學獎學金，赴美取得 Rutgers 大學人力資源管理碩士。專長在於策略性人力資源管理、組織診斷、薪資規劃，以及企業購併之人資整合實務。
