David is a strategic and data-driven HR expert. More than 14 years of multinational companies work experiences in electronics, biotech, software, digital advertising, data, and internet industries. Joined Vpon Big Data Group in 2014, now serves as Vice President of Strategy and Human Resources. He coordinated and assisted Vpon to build multi-national operation practices among Taipei, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai, Singapore and Bangkok offices. Invited as a speaker to share data analysis and practices, brand marketing, company culture, and HR marketing, multi-national HR management, creative and innovation skills, digital work, and career development consulting, etc. Loves to join different communities to learn and share. He believes the future of work is based on "human experience with agile management" and promote the spirit of HR Lab.
